CAN bids farewell to Nepal team ahead of Scotland tour

The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) on Wednesday organized a farewell for the Nepal national cricket team ahead of their departure for the ICC Men's Cricket World Cup League 2 and the T20I Triangular Series.

Nepal will travel to the UK for three 50-over matches and two 20-over matches as part of their preparation before heading to Scotland, where they will play two 50-over games against Scotland 'A' leading up to the League 2 and T20I Triangular Series. The team is scheduled to leave for the UK on Wednesday evening.

Head coach Stuart Law and captain Rohit Kumar Paudel were not present at the farewell event. Law has already reached the UK, while Rohit will join the team later due to his exams.

Kiran Thagunna, Lokesh Bam, and Rupesh Singh will join the squad for the T20I Triangular Series. Replacements for these three players will be announced after the completion of the League 2 fixtures..
