Biratnagar Kings announce retention for NPL 2

Biratnagar Kings have unveiled their player retention for the second season of the Nepal Premier League, with captain and marquee player Sandeep Lamichhane leading the list.

The Kings have shown faith in T20 specialist Lokesh Bam, allrounder Basir Ahamad, left-arm pacer Pratish GC, Nepal U19 captain Naren Bhatta, and young off-spinner Subash Bhandari.

The franchise has released a number of players ahead of the mini auction, including Rajesh Pulami Magar, Dipak Bohara, Anil Kharel, Mrinal Gurung, Kamal Khatri, and Jitendra Mukhiya.

With this, all eight NPL franchises have finalized their retentions ahead of the mini auction scheduled for August.

Retained Players: Sandeep Lamichhane, Lokesh Bam, Basir Ahamad, Pratish GC, Naren Bhatta, and Subash Bhandari.
