Dolly Bhatta returns as CAN announces squad for ACC Womens Premier Cup
The Cricket Association of Nepal announced a 14-woman squad for the ACC Women’s Premier Cup, starting from 10th February in Malaysia.
Indu Barma will lead the side in a 9-day long event. Dolly Bhatta has made a comeback in the national side after a break. Additionally, medium pacer, Kabita Kunwar, returned to the side after missing few event with injury.
Spinner Sangita Rai and batter Roma Thapa have been slotted into the final squad.
Sixteen teams have been divided into four groups with Nepal facing off Hong Kong, Maldives and Bhutan in the group stage. The finalists will book their ticket for the ACC Women’s Asia Cup.
